"The Pew Research Center's Internet and American Life Project decided to examine social networking sites in a survey that explored how the use of Facebook, LinkedIn, MySpace, and Twitter is related to trust, tolerance, social support, and community and political engagement. It found, among other things, that Facebook users are more trusting than others, and that MySpace users are more likely to be open to opposing points of view.  Read the full report..... "

And speaking of trusting on Facebook, did you know that Facebook now has facial recognition software that allows users to autotag their photos.  Is it possible to load a photo taken at a large event of a crowd and have Facebook identify everyone in the crowd?  Maybe not yet but....
